The Trust is a California business trust that was formed for the primary purpose of engaging in the business of acquiring, owning, operating and financing real estate investments. The Trust provides investors with an opportunity to own, through transferable shares, an interest in diversified real estate investments. The Trust distributes to its shareholders at least 90 % of its taxable income and 100 % of the net capital gain from the sale of Trust properties. As of December 31, 2013, the Trust had one real estate loan. On February 26, 2014, the Trust was terminated and does not conduct any business activities.
