United Arab Emirates, Dubai, July 5, 2011: In line with Dubai Government's vision to enhance customer satisfaction and further improve efficiency of services across all government entities, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) in collaboration with The Executive Council and Dubai eGovernment, has launched the unified eSuggest System.
The online integrated administrative system is a mechanism to register the suggestions of both customers and employees efficiently so as to boost government performance and ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
His Excellency Khalid Al Sheikh Mubarak, Deputy Director General of the DHA said, "The Dubai Health Authority pays significant emphasis to receiving suggestions and feedback from its employees and customers and with the implementation of this system, the DHA is able to further enhance its relationship with them by providing a dedicated online suggestion mechanism. We believe in the need to constantly strive to improve and enhance our services and with this online system, we are pleased to provide a dedicated communication channel."
In addition to this online system, the DHA has in place the eComplain system, which is a Unified online complaint mechanism that is applicable across government entities.
The DHA was one of the few government entities to be chosen by The Executive Council and Dubai eGovernment for the pilot run of the eSuggest system.
Tony Batour Elzoghbi, Director of Governance & Internal Audit Department at the DHA said, "With the introduction of the online unified suggestion mechanism, our customers and employees have easy access to register their suggestions with us. The eSuggest system will enhance our communication with our customers and employees and will also help foster an atmosphere of creativity and innovation which is imperative to ensure continued excellence."
