Mr. Sam Skinner International representative of University of Hartford will be at Intelligent Partners Dubai office on Saturday 9th April 2011 and at the Doha office on Monday 11th April 2011. University of Hartford is located in Connecticut, U.S.A. The degree programs at the University of Hartford programs hold the highest levels of accreditation in the US. The university is ranked as a Tier 1 University by the US News and World Report. Mr. Sam Skinner International representative of University of Hartford will be at Intelligent Partners Dubai office on the 9th April 2011 and at the Doha office on the 11th April 2011.Sanjeev Verma, Director Intelligent Partners Middle East's largest college counseling consultancy today announced, "We are pleased to have our partner university Hartford visiting our offices in Qatar and the U.AE.
