MUSCAT - James Lentz, President and Chief Operating Officer of Toyota Motor Sales - US, along with a top management team from Toyota recently visited Saud Bahwan Group.

Lentz praised the efforts of the Saud Bahwan Group in propelling Toyota and Lexus brands to market leadership status in the country.

Congratulating Shaikh Mohammed Saud Bahwan, Chairman, Saud Bahwan Group, he said: "I am impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities for Toyota and Lexus. I would rate them amongst the finest in the world both in terms of size and sophistication".

"You have excellent marketing and customer care programmes for Toyota and Lexus. These reflect a deep understanding of the Omani customer," he added.

The Toyota showroom, with its steel and chrome finish is a local landmark. It has an exclusive youth zone, a special 4WD zone and a very comfortable delivery area all taking customer satisfaction to a new high. The Toyota Service facility is the largest Toyota Service operation under one roof anywhere in the world. Spread over multiple floors, it has 883 bays to provide customers with technically advanced and prompt service.

The Lexus showroom has set a new standard for luxury vehicle marketing. The Lexus Service Centre has also established many firsts including pioneering the concept of a fully air-conditioned, vehicle receiving area. All adding to a truly world class experience.

A spokesman for the Saud Bahwan Group underlined the significance of Mr Lentz's visit to the Sultanate. "This visit reflects the importance given by Toyota to Omani customers. It will further strengthen the brand's position, and build an even stronger relationship with our valued patrons," he stated.
