SINGAPORE, Nov 30 (Reuters) - Taiwanese refiner Formosa Petrochemical Corp has bought 12 million barrels of Iraqi Basra Light crude for delivery in 2016 in a tender, traders said on Monday.
The six cargoes were sold by a major oil company at 40-50 cents a barrel below the grade's official selling price (OSP) during the delivery month before freight, one source said.
Formosa will notify the seller of the delivery month.
