Bayt.com experts to provide free career services to Emirati jobseekers at Tawdheef 2014
Abu Dhabi, UAE, 2 February 2014: Emirati jobseekers will be given a helping hand in securing their dream jobs by strengthening their online identities, with unique advice from Bayt.com recruitment experts at the upcoming Tawdheef careers fair.
Career advisors from the UAE's leading recruitment website Bayt.com will be on hand throughout Tawdheef, running from 3-5 February 2014 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, where they will be tackling the importance of managing a professional online presence and identifying ways to build and engage with professional networks.
Bayt.com will showcase its new socially-enabled platform, "Baty.com Specialities" which has been designed to completely overhaul the hiring process and further empowers jobseekers and employers.
Suhail Masri, Vice President of Sales at Bayt.com, said: "Having a professional online presence is absolutely essential; the results from our latest 'Hiring Management in MENA' poll shows that an overwhelming majority - some 84 per cent - of employers take the time to research candidates online before making a final hiring decision.
"Throughout Tawdheef, we are encouraging UAE nationals to visit us and receive free CV consultancy where we will highlight their strengths, weaknesses and the structure of their CV. We'll also be conducting a Career Services Presentation on CV writing and interview techniques.

According to Bayt.com, 100,000 Emirati professionals have registered on the website and are looking for better career opportunities. In addition, more than 40,000 employers are using the website to fill vacancies at all career levels and in a variety of industries.
