Manama, Bahrain: Silah Gulf (Silah), an award winning contact centre and business process outsourcing (BPO) company, has announced the appointment of Mrs Fathia Al Awadias Human Resource (HR) manager. Reporting directly to Silah's CEO Joe Tawfik, Mrs Al Awadi will focus on aligning the role of the HR department to the growth of the organization.

With over 15 years of experience in HR, Mrs Al Awadhi has earlier worked at Reef Real Estate Finance Co. and The Benefit Company where she focused on training and staff development. The first person to be appointed at the establishment of The Benefit Company, she played an integral role in establishing the company's financial and HR systems.
