Amman --Jordan Royal Film Commission (RFC) is slated to take part in the 63rd session of Cannes Film Festival to be held during 11-23 May, 2010 in the southern French resort town of Cannes.
During the 12-day event, RFC will update international film producers with film-making facilities available here and showcase a range of award-winning films recently shot in the Kingdom.
RFC, established in 2008, aims to develop an internationally competitive Jordanian film industry, which is inspired by His Majesty King Abdullah II's commitment to help Jordan play a leading cultural and economic role, regionally and internationally.
