FGP Launches Luxurious Leisure Facilities at "The Hills" Project in Abu Dhabi

Facilities include play areas for children, sports facilities for beach volleyball and tennis, walkways, desert landscaping and more

Abu Dhabi, May 12, 2012: In line with the successful establishment of "The Hills" villas in Abu Dhabi; First Gulf Properties (FGP), real estate service provider, and property manager of "The Hills" in Abu Dhabi, announced that it has finalized luxurious leisure facilities for the project. The facilities encompass a total area of about 60,000 square meters.

FGP provides shared spaces for occupants, which highlights its strong belief in strengthening family bonds and creating the perfect environment for families to pursue leisure activities at their convenience.

The new facilities offer safe play areas for children amidst green and beautifully landscaped desert scenes including climbing frames, swings and a slide. A large share of the facilities has been allocated to sporting activities, which include two tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a sandy football pitch, walkways and a sandy beach that extends for 300 meters.

All this stems from FGP's commitment to developing the project according to highest specifications and standards.

Taking in consideration the Islamic tradition and the Emirati heritage, a mosque has also been built according to Islamic art and architecture.
