Omniyat Properties has awarded the main construction contract to build The Gemini Tower to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).
The Gemini, a freehold commercial tower, is located on a waterfront location in Dubai's Business Bay.
"Having recently celebrated the handover of our two premium developments, Bayswater and The Square, we are delighted to move forward with yet another milestone and partner with CSCEC for the main construction of the Gemini," said Mehdi Amjad, Chairman and CEO of Omniyat Properties.
"CSCEC's proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and on budget was a key factor in our decision to award them the contract."
Yu Tao, Managing Director of CSCEC, said: "We are extremely pleased to be partnering with Omniyat for The Gemini development."
