Riyadh - Al-Tayyar Travel Holding Group has signed an acquisition agreement of 70% of stakes of Al-Hanouf Holding Company for Tourism and Services and its subsidiaries in a deal worth of 40,95 million Saudi riyals funded from the Company's own resources.
In an announcement published today on the Saudi stock Exchange 'Tadawul', Al-Tayyar company said that all the legal actions necessary to complete the acquisition of the company shall be taken, noting that Al-Hanouf Company was founded in Egypt 26 years ago and provides services annually to more than 4,500 pilgrims and Umrah performers and focuses its services in Egypt for tourists of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)'s member States.
