BDO East Africa and Creed Capital join forces to provide Corporate Finance and Investment Banking services between the MENA region and East Africa. 

BDO East Africa, member of BDO International which is the fifth largest accounting network in the world, and Creed Capital, the Beirut based Corporate Finance Advisory firm, have signed a strategic Joint Venture agreement leading to the creation of "Creed East Africa Ltd". The objective of this partnership is to facilitate further exchanges in the Business and Financial advisory sectors between the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region and East Africa and the Indian Ocean region by passing through Mauritius.  

Creed East Africa Ltd will operate out of two regional head offices based in Mauritius and Beirut respectively. It will focus on providing financial and business advisory services to customers interacting between both regions, in the areas of corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, regional partners' identification and capital placement transactions.
