DUBAI, 30th March, 2017 (WAM) -- A New York architecture firm has unveiled designs for a skyscraper that is out of this world! Deemed the worlds tallest building ever, Analemma Tower is shown by Clouds Architecture Office, COA, suspended from an orbiting asteroid and the only way to leave is by parachute.

It is estimated that it would be cheaper to build one in Dubai than in New York as proven specialists in tall building construction work for one-fifth the cost of contractors in NYC, according to Britains Daily Mail.

Using the asteroid system, the building can be transported to anywhere in the world. The massive skyscraper would be setup in sections and each with a designated purpose.

Business would be conducted at the lower end of the towers and sleeping quarters would be positioned two-thirds of the way up the building.

Residents would also have access to a gardening area, a place for worship and in the bottom level would be sections for dining, shopping and entertainment.

The architects plan to take full advantage of the skyscraper's location and would place solar panels at the upper most levels to generate power from the sun. They would enjoy fresh water from condensation of clouds and rainwater, which would be collected and purified! The designers are hoping to acquire an asteroid from NASAs scheduled asteroid retrieval mission in 2021.

The structure uses the Universal Orbital Support System (UOSS), an inversion of the traditional earth-supported system.

It's reported that the project would be oriented towards storage rather than habitation purposes.

Science gone nuts? Is it just propaganda? Nobody can confirm! The news confirms in no uncertain way that the country is increasingly being considered as a safe haven for the worlds growing millionaire or high-net-worth population. In addition, the Emirate of Dubais local tax regime, robust foreign trade, international fiscal relations and legal framework that allows foreigners 100 per cent business ownership are just some of the reasons that make Dubai an ideal destination for the super-rich.
