Tehran – Minster of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh said that the country's non-oil exports should reach 68 billion dollars to experience a 10 billion dollar growth in the amount.

Nematzadeh made the remark addressing a ceremony held Thursday on the National Exports Day in the country with the presence of President Hassan Rouhani.

Iran's 6th five-year development plan (2016-2021) has forecast 15 percent growth in the exports of non-oil products, the minister said.

He further noted that the country has exported 28.5 billion dollars' worth of its non-oil products and services during the first half of the Iranian calendar year started on March 20, 2016.

'Exports should witness no obstacles on its way,' he stressed.
