Abu Dhabi: Aldar Properties, the Abu Dhabi-listed developer, announced it has awarded the early works package valued at Dh155 million for Yas Acres, its flagship developer, to Bauer Geotechnical Specialized Foundation.
The award for early works comes six months after Yas Acres was launched in order to comply with the Abu Dhabi Real Estate law, which came into force at the beginning of this year. Yas Acres, a Dh6-billion-project, will add 1,315 villas to Yas Island once completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
