Reportage Properties, a leading real estate development company in the UAE, is organising a special sales day on Saturday offering the visitors a special 15% discount on its key residential project, Alexis Tower in Dubai.

Distinguished by its unique location on Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite the Emirates Exchange Metro Station, the project will boast a total of 378 luxury housing units.

According to the developer, it is just 10 minutes away from the Expo2020 site, near Al Maktoum Airport and Ibn Battuta Mall, with a direct exit to Sheikh Zayed Road and the metro station.

The one-day event is being held at the Address Marina Hotel in Dubai on April 3 mainly to enable buyers to purchase residential units in in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, at a 10% discount.

Under this special offer, one can purchase the unit with a 10% down payment followed by 1% monthly payments.

CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman said the company is keen to provide more offers that suit various segments of customers, especially in light of the company's sufficient liquidity and the stability of its financial conditions.

Reportage Properties is currently developing 10 projects that will provide about 4,000 housing units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

On the Alexis Tower's progress, Suleiman said around 20% of the project work had been completed and it was due for handover by the last quarter of 2022.
