Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Nama Chemicals Company has terminated the company’s CEO, Abdullah Bin Ouda Al Enazi, effective from Sunday, 25 August.

The board has also appointed Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Mansour as the firm’s acting CEO, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

The decision will come into force starting from Monday, 26 August.

Al Mansour has more than 30 years experience in the field of operating, engineering and organizational consultancies at Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco).
