ABU DHABI - Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada), has announced the completion of all works on the Al Quaa Special Needs Rehabilitation and Care Centre project in Al Ain. The Centre is currently being handed over to Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care & Special Needs (ZHO).

The move is part of Musanadas efforts to deliver projects that serve the members of the community with special needs and provide the necessary care and support to them to help them fully integrate into society.

"Upon completion, this AED24-million project will form an important educational and training source, as it will serve an important segment of the community in Al Quaa city and the neighboring areas who require special care and attention, allowing them to engage in the community and showcase their talents," said Mohamed Omar Al Hashmi, Musanadas Buildings Acting Director.

Abdul Rahman Al Jaberi, ZHOs Engineering Affairs Advisor, thanked Musanada for its collaboration with ZHO in opening rehabilitation and care centres across Abu Dhabi, including the Al Quaa centre in Al Ain.

"ZHO derives its vision from key social objectives as indicated in the Abu Dhabi Governments agenda, which focusses on providing educational, rehabilitation and therapeutic services to those with special needs, supporting them to become qualified and integrated members of the community, and enabling them to effectively and actively perform their roles towards their families and nation," he said.
