ArabFinance: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HHD) (HELI) delayed the sealed-envelope auction to sell two lands plots dedicated for residential use in New Heliopolis City to March 31st, according to the companys March 1ststatement to the Egyptian Exchange.

The real estate developer got three offers on Sunday, February 28th, for the land plots, but bidders requested more time for further consideration.

The company suffered a net loss of EGP 84.57 million in 2020.

HHDs operations include land reclamation and subdivision, residential real estate development and management, property purchase and sale, as well as projects planning and supervising. This is in addition to the construction of houses, hotels, holiday resorts, and hospitals.
