Dubai – Mubasher: Danube Properties on Tuesday announced that it sold all units in its AED 550 million ($150 million) Lawnz project within five weeks of its launch.

Divided equally on to two phases, Lawnz comprises 1,064 units, the first of which incorporates 515 residential units including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, according to a company statement.

“The sell-out of the Lawnz in the hot summer months – a very quiet and low season for business – is a live demonstration of the public faith in the Danube brand,” Danube Group founder and chairman Rizwan Sajan commented.

Slated for completion in 2020, the construction of the Lawnz is projected to commence in the third quarter of 2018.

Danube Properties, a subsidiary of Danube Group, has delivered 831 properties, with over 870 units scheduled for delivery later this year.
