MANAMA: The first phase of the Diyar Alkhair residential project in Sanabis is more than 70 per cent complete, the developer Promoseven Holdings announced yesterday.

This suggests that handover of housing units that are ready would start by November this year, it added.

The first phase of the project includes two 14-storey towers and 120 apartments of various sizes, designed to meet the needs of the modern Bahraini family.

Prices start from BD50,000.

Akram Miknas, chairman of Promoseven Holdings, said construction work in the project has not stopped despite the exceptional circumstances imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

This reflects the keenness of the supervising team to adhere to the schedule set for completing the project without any delays, he added.
