Abu Dhabi: Central Bureau Hospitality and Restaurant Management (CBHRM), the parent company of Rasoi by Vineet and Green For Life announced the launch of Bake Station, a French bakery-style concept awaiting an April opening in Abu Dhabi.

The launch will make Bake Station the first bakery in CBHRM’s portfolio. The Executive Director, Hamza Kolangarukath also revealed a string of new projects in the construction stage that includes Farmers Bistro, a restaurant promoting healthy cuisine reinterpreted with Latin American and Italian flavours, and an al fresco barbecue concept in Al Ain.

“As a fast-casual concept with strong unit economics, Bake Station is a fantastic addition to the CBHRM family and has significant untapped growth potential in Abu Dhabi and the UAE,” said Mr. Kolangarukath in a statement. “With its delicious breads and pastries baked fresh daily, Bake Station offers consumers a diverse, French-style menu with premium and locally-sourced ingredients at great value,” continued Hamza.

While the company is still looking to grow its existing brands, CBHRM is willing to consider adding to the portfolio overtime.

“Both our brands, Rasoi by Vineet and Green for Life has revolutionized dining in the capital. While Rasoi by Vineet at Jumeirah At Etihad Towers, offers the best of Indian fine dining, Green for Life at Umm Al Emarat Park caters to bon savants adopting clean eating and a holistic way of life.”

The first Indian to earn a Michelin star, Vineet Bhatia is the mastermind behind Rasoi at Jumeirah At Etihad Towers. Combining exotic flavours from across his homeland of India, the menu unfolds like a culinary expedition. Traditional recipes are reimagined with modern culinary concepts and surprising ingredients – all presented with a uniquely contemporary vision.

Rasoi’s menu is a testament to Vineet’s far-reaching experience and inspiration, an understated fusion of originality and complexity. Two of Vineet’s most famous dishes grace the menu – the buttery tandoori-smoked salmon is served with a refreshing cucumber raita and the beloved chocomosa, a chocolate stuffed samosa, is paired with caramelised nuts and chocolate mousse crowned with saffron-infused jalebi. Elsewhere, juicy prawns arrive in a sophisticated sauce with hints of lemongrass, coconut and kaffir lime, and red chillies bringing a touch of warmth. An explosion of flavour, the smoky spare ribs sing with notes of tamarind.

CBHRM’s first foray into healthy cuisine was marked with Green for Life, a cozy cafe corner built on sustainable locally sourced produce at Umm Al Emarat Park, Abu Dhabi. The homegrown concept champions organic, healthy ingredients, the art of combining unique flavors, and reinventing favored dishes from across the globe. Green for Life loyalists are treated to fresh, cold pressed juices created by expert baristas, beautiful superfood bowls and sumptuous international dishes, making for an unmatchable meal experience.
