Muscat: The Public Authority for Consumer Protection (PACP) have seized tailoring materials that was used to manufacture illegal face masks in Dhofar governorate.
According to PACP, a number of expat workers in Dhofar governorate used tailoring materials to create face masks that did not meet the health standard specifications.
“PACP department in Dhofar governorate arrested a number of expat workers who tried to take the advantage of the current health condition by manufacturing fabric masks from tailoring materials that do not meet health standards and was found distributing them in the markets."
