VAT workshop held for Bahrain's construction sector

MANAMA: An interactive workshop on Value Added Tax (VAT) for representatives working in the construction sector was organised by the National Bureau for Revenue (NBR).

During the event, the NBR recapped general and sector-specific VAT concepts, including invoicing and filing.

Representatives from 29 vendors visited the unique interactive demo centre that provides innovative learning experience to ensure effective implementation of VAT.

The workshop was part of a series organised by the NBR to provide an inclusive platform for all stakeholders from the public and private sectors to ensure the smooth registration of companies with an annual supply of BD500,000 to BD5,000,000 by June 20.
