MANAMA: The Crown Prince last night highlighted the remarkable achievements made by Bahraini women across various sectors.

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, visited the majlis of Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Mannai, the majlis of Eshaq Abdulrahman, Mohammed Yousif Najibi and Mustafa Abullatif families, which was officially opened by the Crown Prince, the majlis of the Al Jishi and Al Khozaei families, and the majlis of the sons of the late Abdulkarim Al Ansari.

He highlighted the role played by Bahrain’s vibrant workforce in further developing the kingdom’s economy, outlining that their efforts are greatly appreciated by all.

The Crown Prince noted the importance of investing in the skillset of the national workforce, and the importance of providing them with quality jobs in order to achieve the development goals, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad.

He emphasised that the remarkable achievements of Bahraini women reflect the visions of the King and are underpinned by the wide-ranging strategies to advance Bahraini women, spearheaded by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of the King and Supreme Council for Women president.

The kingdom continues to implement various innovative solutions to address regional and global challenges in order to maintain ongoing development, he said.

The Crown Prince noted that with the collaboration of all, Bahrain will continue to develop and modernise its key sectors, in accordance with best global practices, in order to capitalise on emerging opportunities in addition to further diversifying its economic base.

He also highlighted the importance of pursuing sustainable development to ensure the preservation of natural resources, securing the future of generations to come.

Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa accompanied the Crown Prince to the majlis visits.
