Saudi Arabia - Alkhabeer Capital, an asset manager specializing in Shariah-compliant investments and financial services, has been ranked the best workplace within the financial sector in Saudi Arabia by leading global workplace culture authority, the Great Place to Work Institute. This year marks the 10th consecutive year that Alkhabeer Capital has been recognized as the top company on the annual list, consistently demonstrating its exceptional corporate environment.
The ranking reflects the company’s efforts to continuously strive toward sustaining high trust and high-performing cultures for their staff members, based on thorough analysis of confidential employee feedback and extensive audit of management policies and practices.
