MANAMA: The Crown Prince has stressed the importance of transforming challenges into success stories, projects and pioneering initiatives that contribute to competitiveness, optimal performance and sustainability.

He emphasised the value of identifying areas of development and improvement across government workstreams amidst these unprecedented circumstances.

In an email sent to all public sector employees yesterday, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, noted that the launch of the third edition of the government innovation competition, Fikra, corresponded with the challenges presented by the global spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), which has opened up new possibilities across various sectors globally.
