Riyadh – Mubasher: Emaar The Economic City has appointed Cyril Piaia as the new CEO of the company, following the board’s resolution on 5 July.

The new CEO will assume the position starting 1 September 2021, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Piaia is a well-known executive in the tourism and development sector in Oman, bringing more than 20 years of experience in engineering, strategy, finance, and business management skills.

The new CEO previously worked at Musstir and Muriya Tourism Development Company.
