Manama, Bahrain: In March, Kleindienst Group officially launched The Floating Seahorse, an aesthetically designed contemporary marine style product at The Dubai International Boat Show, followed by Cityscape Abu Dhabi in April. The launch generated a wealth of global interest because The Floating Seahorse is a totally unique concept which has been intelligently designed, engineered and developed in Dubai. The Floating Seahorse is essentially a boat not a villa and only 42 units have been launched in Dubai.
Kleindienst Group is thrilled to be showcasing The Floating Seahorse for the first time outside the UAE since launching the iconic product in March in Dubai. At The Gulf Property Show, taking place in Bahrain from 12-14th May, visitors will be able to view the 3D model of the floating retreat and find out more about the mind-blowing investment opportunity.
The iconic one of a kind product was officially unveiled at The Dubai International Boat Show and has since received a great deal of interest from media, clients and investors in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Maldives, Seychelles, The Caribbean, Sweden, Portugal and Norway to name but a few.

The Floating Seahorse is a truly unique underwater product which is the first of its kind in the world. In real terms, The Floating Seahorse is a marine style retreat (essentially a boat without propulsion) which has its own plot in the Arabian Gulf. To be located only a short boat ride from the coast of Dubai, each individual Floating Seahorse will boast three levels, one underwater, one at sea level and an upper deck. The master bedroom and bathroom will be totally submerged underwater and will command breathtaking views of the surrounding coral reef and marine life! The sea level accommodation will boast floor to ceiling windows, uninterrupted sea views, a fully-fitted kitchen with a dining area, an open plan living area and when the glass façade opens the sun deck becomes an extension of the living space. The upper deck is the perfect place for alfresco dining and relaxation and features an informal bed, a mini bar, a kitchenette and a beautiful glass-bottomed Jacuzzi. The deck can be converted into a winter bedroom which can be enclosed with retractable drapes. The Floating Seahorse has been designed and developed by leading European architects for Kleindienst Group's iconic island project, located just 4km from the coast of Dubai.
