Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of the National Agricultural Marketing Company (Thimar) gave the green light to change the company name during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 12 October.
The new company name will be Thimar Development Holding Company, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
It is worth noting that Thimar announced last October the resignation of its CEO, Sari bin Ibrahim Al Mayouf. Meanwhile earlier this year, the company appointed new Chairman and Vice Chairman of the board.
