Middle East crude benchmarks Oman and Dubai rose for a second consecutive session this month while traders eyed the OPEC+ meeting later on Tuesday for supply cues.

OSPs

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) set the February official selling price (OSP) for its benchmark Murban crude at $74.36 a barrel, the company said on Monday.

ADNOC has also informed some buyers in Asia it will supply full contractual volumes of crude in March, steady from the previous month, trade sources said.

This comes ahead of the OPEC+ meeting later on Tuesday.

OPEC+ is expected to stick to its plans to increase output in February, seeing a mild and short-lived impact on demand from the Omicron coronavirus variant, three sources from the oil producer group told Reuters on Monday.

China has issued 13 million tonnes of refined fuel export quotas under the first batch for 2022, three industry sources told Reuters on Tuesday.

Indian state refiners' daily gasoil sales rose in December from the previous month but a rapid surge in infections due to the Omicron coronavirus variant could hit fuel demand in Asia's third largest economy.

Indonesia has warned its coal supply situation remains critical, ahead of Wednesday's review of its export ban, unnerving global markets for the fuel used to generate most of the electricity that drives Asia's biggest economies.
