KUWAIT- Kuwait's finance minister said on Monday he expects parliament to approve a Gulf agreement on value-added tax during its next session, which begins in October.

"I personally do not think there will be an opportunity to discuss it before the end of the current session but we hope that in the next session it will be on the agenda," Nayef Falah al-Hajraf told reporters.
