Muscat: Restaurants and cafes will be allowed to do delivery through licensed food delivery companies for 24 hours during May 8-15 restrictions.

In the absence of any agreement with the delivery companies, the establishments can submit an application to the competent municipality, provided that the person is authorized to deliver or the owner of the establishment or the designated employee.

Respresntitves of the food delivery companies are obligated to deliver orders within the authorized jurisdiction only.

They should place a company sticker on the means of transport with the name of the company on it, the terms of the license, and the area jurisdiction of operations.

Street vendors must have a previously obtained (street vendor) license from the competent authorities.
