Emirates Insolaire, a joint venture of Dubai Investments and Switzerland's Swissinso announced on Sunday that the company is currently carrying out installation of solar panels at the DEWA Innovation Centre project, located within the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park in Dubai.

The installation involves more than 3,339 customised solar panels covering an area of 2,000 square metres, the company said in a press statement.

It said the installation represents a total capacity of 225 KWp and would generate more than 360,000 KWh of electricity annually, resulting in approximate cost savings of 158,000 UAE dirhams ($43,014.27) per annum for DEWA.
