Tiger Properties, a leading residential developer in the UAE, has launched its "Customer Services" mobile application that provides real estate services to its buyers and tenants in a simple and easy way.

This application is considered to be the first app in the real estate market that provides such services, said its top official.
CEO Engineer Amer Walid said the new application will be offering customers several all key options such as: submitting requests, suggestions, or complaints and following up on them besides getting projects updates', unit plans, payments, cheques, or contract details.
 
It wuill also let them pay the due amount online, replace all kinds of cheques, receive any type of official letters with fast delivery service to our valuable customers locally or internationally, he explained.
Walid said this comes as part of the company's strategy to transform its platform and services to one online application that facilitates all our clients' requests from the safey of their homes expecially in Covid times.
 
Altogether, Tiger Properties has successfully processed more than 2,000 requests electronically through the new application within such a short period of time, he added.
