RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has issued a directive for disbursement of more than SR1.7 billion to the beneficiaries of social security on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.

This was announced by Minister of Labor and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi. The minister thanked King Salman for his directive that will help the men and women beneficiaries in meeting their needs during the Eid days. He emphasized that the directive reflects the care given by the King to the beneficiaries of social security, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Al-Rajhi said the ministry has started measures to carry out the royal directive, adding that the support would not be spending from the account of Zakat revenues.
