National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) PJSC announced that the bank is kicking-off its third annual run tomorrow, in Fujairah, its home emirate, where it will welcome over 2,000 fitness enthusiasts and family members of all age groups. Under the Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the NBF Fujairah run will take place along the scenic routes of the historic emirate of Fujairah which is designed to accommodate runners of all levels.

The run will feature multiple competitive races along 3km, 5km, 10km and 11km routes. Launched in the second edition of the run, the 11km mountain trail route will take place against Fujairah’s astounding mountain backdrop, making it the first competitive run route to happen on a mountain range. Championing inclusivity for all, the run will also feature a route for people of determination with free entry for all participants in this category. Other categories in the run attract a range of runners, fitness enthusiasts and adventure-seekers who have participated across the multiple trail options.

Trophies, medals and exciting cash prizes totalling up to 269,000AED will be awarded to the top five winners across the 10km and 11km route, the top three winners across the 3km and 5km races, and the determined runners. In addition, there will be a special category for the top three male and female UAE nationals for the 5km, 10m and 11km races. The NBF Fujairah Run 2019 secured sponsorship from many partners, significantly strengthening the offering and the profile of this year’s run.
