Patrick McPherson, Partner, Engineering & Construction – Patrick has substantial experience in acting on contentious and non-contentious construction matters. He represents developers, contractors and sub-contractors and engineering and architectural consultants and is experienced in providing the full spectrum of legal services to clients operating in the construction industry.

Matthew Page, Partner, Engineering & Construction – Matthew specialises in international arbitration and commercial dispute resolution. He has acted as counsel in numerous commercial and construction arbitrations in the UAE and internationally, both ad hoc and under the rules of the major arbitral institutions. Matthew is a registered Legal Practitioner of the DIFC Courts, and a Solicitor Advocate qualified in England & Wales. He also sits as an arbitrator.

Taher Abdeen, Senior Advocate, Dispute Resolution – Taher is a licensed advocate and holds full rights of audience to appear before all courts in the UAE.

Marwan Abdel Hamid, Senior Associate, Corporate – Marwan is regularly involved in complex corporate structuring and reorganisations as well as advising a number of national and foreign families in the UAE and GCC.

Karim Mahmoud, Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution – Karim advises multinational and local entities on arbitration proceedings and all manner of disputes in the local UAE Courts.

Alaa Momtaz, Senior Associate, Employment – Alaa has extensive knowledge of the UAE judicial and legal systems, with particular expertise in relation to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s proceedings and regulations.

Khalid Mirza, Associate, Head of Licensing & Registration, Dubai – Khalid has extensive experience of advising both international and local companies, as well as family owned businesses, on all matters relating to applicable UAE licensing, registration laws and regulations.
