Ensure all your team are registered for Tawassul, an essential tool for all media to be able to cover Expo and be kept up to date with current operational information (including the Expo 2020 events calendar) and editorial information (including press releases and media alerts). Tawassul hosts Key Links to other important supplementary media systems only accessible to accredited media via the Tawassul home page.

Email distribution of Expo 2020 Dubai press releases and media alerts will significantly reduce at event-time as Tawassul will transition to an event-time newswire from 1 October 2021. Expo will generate multiple press releases, alerts and updates throughout each day of the event available for media to access on Tawassul.

Accreditation

To access all Expo 2020 content assets and the Expo 2020 site from 1 October 2021 media must be accredited. Once approved for access to Tawassul, the first step in the media accreditation process is to submit one media accreditation expression of interest per organisation through Tawassul. Visit the Accreditation page for more information. You will not be able to access Expo without accreditation.

COVID-19

Expo will be issuing updated vaccination and PCR information for media attending Expo shortly.
