Egypt's Samcrete Development is planning to start construction of its 1.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($96 million) medical complex, located within its Pyramids Heights mixed-use development in the 6th of October City, by the end of the first quarter, the company CEO told Zawya Projects.

He said group company AlDau Development will open a 150-key 5-star hotel in Pyramid Heights at the end of 2020.

Al Kheshen said that a French University has signed up as a tenant at its Pyramids Heights Business Park, adding that the company will start delivering the 660-unit Pyramids Heights Residences throughout 2020.
