Egypt has announced early salary for government employees in the country ahead of Eid Al Adha.
The Egyptian Ministry of Finance announced that all government employees will receive their August salary on August 8 ahead of Eid Al Adha, according to local media reports.
The first day of Eid Al Adha - in the MENA region - is most likely to fall on August 11, according to most experts in the region.
According to Al Youm 7 website, the ministry added that salaries for the months of September and October will also be paid early to public sector employees - on September 15 and October 20.
The ministry has directed all government entities to take all necessary procedures to provide the salaries on the mentioned dates.
