• The strategic partnership helps consolidate Dubai’s global position as a preferred investment destination

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Dubai Land Department (DLD) announces its strategic partnership with Cityscape Global 2018 which will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) for three days from 2nd – 4th October. DLD will take part in a unique platform under the slogan ‘Dubai Land Department…simulating your property with artificial intelligence,’ and will be connecting with visitors to introduce them to its smart achievements at platform 7A10, Hall no.7.

HE Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, said: “We are proud of our strategic partnership with this global event, the largest investment and real estate development event that brings together investors, developers, government officials, and real estate professionals.”

His Excellency added: “DLD’s presence in events that contribute to the promotion of the real estate sector in Dubai is integral, attracting all relevant parties, including buyers, developers, and those looking for the best investment options. DLD’s platform in previous editions was a primary destination for investors wishing to see the legislations and regulations that contribute to creating a safe and attractive investment environment in Dubai, positioning the Emirate in a class of its own.”

His Excellency stressed that DLD is keen to continuously support regional and global real estate exhibitions that provide the Department with opportunities to promote Dubai’s privileges and facilities to international investors visiting the Emirate, adding: “DLD chose ‘Dubai Land Department…simulating your property with artificial intelligence’ as a slogan for this year’s edition as it relays a number of facts related to its operations, most prominent of which is the continued development of smart applications that ensure the ability of customers to complete transactions at any time, from anywhere, with the utmost convenience, and at the highest security level without the need to visit our offices. We also achieved the smart archiving system and are working to finalise the blockchain system at an accelerated pace, in cooperation with the public and private sectors. We seek to highlight these prestigious achievements during our participation in this year’s edition.”

The event is expected to attract a large number of real estate investors from over 100 countries. DLD representatives will promote Dubai and consolidate its regional and global position as a preferred investment destination, highlighting the promising investment opportunities in the Emirate’s real estate market.

Cityscape Global is one of the leading platforms in the international real estate market that will be attended by experts who will exchange ideas and shed light on the most important real estate developments and investment opportunities. It will also create many networking opportunities while contributing to the development of the participants’ skills through workshops and seminars, providing them with additional information about trends and investment opportunities available on the market.
