Dubai: Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) organised a special ceremony at Etihad Museum in the presence of HE Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture, and a number of the Authority’s CEOs to honour a group of distinguished employees and recognise their efforts in Dubai Culture’s various initiatives and projects.

Mansoor Hussain Lootah, CEO of the Operations Support Sector, affirmed that honouring employees and motivating distinguished people is a consistent approach within the Authority’s strategy to recognise the work and effort that lead to improved performance and enhance employee happiness. He also stressed Dubai Culture's keenness to spread a culture of excellence among its employees on the path towards developing and uplifting the work system to its best standards of excellence.

The ceremony honoured 60 employees, who had contributed to the implementation and success of a number of the Authority’s projects and initiatives, including volunteering within the 'Be Part of Making Change' campaign, assisting with the Change Agents system, and achieving an excellent matching ratio in developing websites to ensure easy access for people of determination. Some employees were also recognised for their efforts towards sectoral projects that the Authority implemented or is supervising, such as the managing of museums, heritage sites, and cultural programmes, among other strategic projects.
