UAE:- The department of Economic Development - Ajman (DED-Ajman) has announced the opening of two new customer service centres. The new 'Moamalat' and 'Tas-Heel Hajes' customer centres have been designed to offer its customers with improved and enhancing licensing services and economic permits via an electronic link connecting the department and the service centres. The move falls in line with DED-Ajman's continuing efforts to develop the level of its services provided to its customers and investors--facilitating the journey of the clients based on the vision and guidance of the wise leadership, who have directed on serving its citizens and placing the happiness of society at the top of its priorities.

Saud Al Shammari, Director of Registration, Department of Economic and Licenses, DED-Ajman, said, "The Department strives to achieve its strategy of increasing the level of services offered to investors through cooperation with various public and private entities. The opening of the two new centres represents a key step in completing DED-Ajman’s efforts to provide a wide range of services across its largest service centres in the country, enhancing the level of services of the department and facilitating investor services in Ajman."

For his part, Ahmed Khair Al Balushi, Director of Customer Relations Department, DED-Ajman, stressed the importance of cooperation between the Department and each of the 'Moamalat' and 'Tas-Heel Hajes' customer centres to provide the highest level of services to clients, where the private sector operates now 6 service centres, as well as a group of centres directly affiliated to the Department, such as the Happiness Centre for Traders in Hamdiya, the Sanad Centre in Mussafoot and the Department’s centre at the Municipality and Planning Department in Manama.

Mohammed Al Hammadi, CEO, 'Tas-Heel Hajes' Centre, emphasized on the need to strengthen cooperation between the various entities in the UAE and the emirate. He commended the cooperation agreement between the Department and the Centre, which has resulted in the opening of the new Hajes Centre and will in turn, lead to handling a number of the department's services based on a partnership made in accordance with the highest standards of excellence in government service and under the supervision of the DED- Ajman.

For her part, Marwa Al Maghraby, Executive Director of  'Moamalat' Centre, praised the efforts of the Department and its continuous efforts in providing the highest level of government services that facilitate the process of completing transactions and facilitating procedures for investors to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction and happiness, in line with the objectives of the centre to simplify procedures and work to provide full service under one roof.

The opening of 'Moamalat' and 'Tas-Heel Hajes' centres represents a major boost to the level of services, serving the Department's efforts to enrich the customer experience and provide a range of services to facilitate access to services, shorten time for investors and enhance confidence in the local investment environment.
