CAIRO- Lt. General Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, met General Mohammed Farid Hijazi, Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces, here on Wednesday.
General Hijazi welcomed Al Rumaithi and his accompanying delegation and discussed ways of enhancing military and defence co-operation between the UAE and Egypt.
The two sides stressed the importance of exchanging visits and boosting co-ordination while expressing mutual keenness to strengthen relations between the two brotherly countries.
