Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai-based Careem has signed a partnership agreement with Rehlat, an online travel company in the Middle East, which gives customers access to Careem service directly and flawlessly through Rehlat App.

Aiming to offer the first-and-last-mile connectivity, Rehlat’s partnership with cab aggregator Careem will allow users to not only book flights and/or hotels but also cabs for all the destinations where Careem offers its services, according to a recent statement.

Careem, Uber’s main ride-hailing app rival in the Middle East, has become a staple addition to the region’s urban mobility scene, while Rehlat is currently among the top travel tech companies disrupting the travel scenario of Middle East which has simplified booking engine, payment options, deals, and a lot of other innovative features.

“We aim to assist SME’s, online platforms and entrepreneurs in fulfilling the needs of both the companies and their customers,” managing director at Careem UAE & GCC Bassel Al Nahlaoui said.

“Extra benefits to our esteemed customers have always been a priority for us at Rehlat and we are always looking to offer convenience in the form of safe, hassle-free transportation from the start to the end of their journey,” chief business officer of Rehlat Bader Al Roudan noted.

With the aim of taking travel to beyond expectations, users of Rehlat App can view the details of their booking, contact their Careem captain, schedule future bookings or cancel at their convenience.

Mobile – Product Head of Rehlat Avinash Ambati, commented that “with Careem on App, there’s no hassle of opening multiple Apps while making plans for travel. One App, and everything is taken care of. As an introductory offer, we have launched a 5% Karam+ cashback on every Careem ride booking.”

Rehlat has become a leading player in the Middle East in a short time from inception with established operational centres in the UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, and India.
