Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has awarded a contract worth Dh50 million ($13.6 million) to UAE-based Prestige Constructions for its residential project, Berton, located within the Al Furjan development in the growth corridor of new Dubai.

Situated near Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road and the new Expo 2020 Route metro line, Berton is remarkably well tied to the entirety of Dubais major points of interest, including Dubai Marina and JBR, among many other of the citys business, leisure and retail hubs, said the developer.

With its ease of access to the vibrant Expo 2020 site and the Al Maktoum International Airport, the development is at the very forefront of global inter-connectedness, it stated.

According to Azizi, Berton reflects masterful craftsmanship and interior artistry with gracefully furnished homes that have high-end parquet flooring, state-of-the-art dcor, and generous space.

Offering customers the opportunity to live in one of the most budding locations in the emirate, Berton features 245 units, comprising 190 studios as well as 41 one- and 14 two-bedroom apartments spread across seven levels that overlook scenic vistas of the citys skyline, it added.

Executive director (Engineering Division) Mohamed Ragheb said: "With Prestige Constructions having an impressive, proven track record in adhering to exceptionally high quality standards, an outstandingly meticulous way of working, and having shown swift construction progress, we are confident that this team of experts is a perfect fit for Berton in Al Furjan."

"Prestige, a high-calibre contractor that has successfully executed projects across several emirates, brings with it a wealth of experience, highly qualified construction professionals, contemporary technology, and a full understanding and implementation of industry best practices, allowing Berton to meet and surpass investor aspirations," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
