Abu Dhabi, UAE – Alef Education, the leading UAE-based education technology company and The British School Al Khubairat (BSAK), partnered to implement the Alef education system at the school in September 2018.
Under the partnership, teachers at BSAK will be using Alef Education’s innovative platform across Arabic, Social Studies and Islamic Studies subject matters. The scope will cover students in Grades 6,7 and 8, starting for the current school year 2018-2019.
Through its deployment at the Al Asayel public school in Abu Dhabi in the 2017-2018 academic year, the Alef education system demonstrated remarkable results: There was a marked improvement in the participation, interaction and engagement of students in the learning process, as well as a significant advancement in learning outcomes. The success at Al Asayel school led to Alef Education implementing its system in 9 more public schools in this school year.
Alef Education’s education system brings together a blend of the latest technology and pedagogical approaches geared towards learners of today.
The ‘Alef Platform’ has three main pillars:
(1) A fun and easy-to-use digital learning environment, developed by leading technology experts based in Abu Dhabi.
(2) High quality digital content developed to engage and stimulate learning with a blend of videos, interactivities and games all linked to the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum and learning outcomes across three grades (Grade 6,7 & 8).
(3) Real time data provided within each lesson to truly enable educators to support personalized learning and identify student strengths and weaknesses.
