Abu Dhabi - Aldar Properties has seen a good progress in a slew of projects during the last quarter.

The UAE-based developer has commenced the delivery of 300 units on Yas Island’s West Yas villa community, while the construction was carried out well on the island’s two waterfront apartment communities, Aldar said in a statement.

Moreover, most of engineering and structural work at Jawaher Saadiyat, which comprises 83 four-bedroom townhouses and four-six bedroom villas, has been completed.

“In Al Ain, expansion and renovation work at Al Jimi Mall is moving into its final stages with fit-out works ongoing for a number of tenants, restaurants, and the eight-screen VOX cinema. The opening of the new extension will be later this year.”
