New Jersey Developments is aiming to deliver its recently launched Jura project in in New Galala city, Ain Sokhna by third quarter of 2023, the company Chairperson said.

Gerges Youssef told Zawya Projects that the 10-acre residential project would be developed at a total investment of one billion Egyptian pounds ($63 million).

" Jura would be developed over three phases and be delivered by June 2023. The 500-unit project would also include an aqua park and 150-key hotel," he said, adding that the project was designed by Nasser Ghattas & Co.

He said the company is planning to launch new projects in Sokhna and New El Alamein City by 2021 but didn't elaborate.

New Jersey is developing 'Green Avenue' mixed-use development in the New Administrative Capital at a total investment of 1.5 billion pounds ($95 million).

Youssef said the company's investments in Egypt stands at five billion pounds ($316 million).
